Implementing Practical Solutions - Part 2

As discussed in this blog, the first step to implementing a practical solution is being willing to change.

Once one is willing to change, one must decide what should be changed. Change should be made only if it will improve one’s business. In business, it often seems to rank-and-file employees that changes are made for the sake of change. The reason for this perception is that leaders do not communicate the reason that the change is being made.

Step 2 of implementing practical solutions is to define what is being changed.
